Todd & Judi Rothweiler

After retiring in 2016, Todd and Judi decided to follow their lifelong dream of owning a ranch. Several months were spent searching for the perfect ranch to call home, which they finally found in the spring of 2017 near Paso Robles, CA. The name, Fossil Creek Ranch, is inspired by the abundance of fossils, which can be found in the creek that runs through the property.

Their mission is to raise the healthiest and most flavorful Akaushi Wagyu beef in California. As the saying goes, “Happy cows live in California!” It is extremely important to Todd and Judi that their cattle are raised with as much love and compassion as they give to any other member of their family. Every approach used is to cultivate and enrich the quality of life of their cattle.

Fossil Creek Ranch is dedicated to presenting a family ranch experience that raises the highest quality Akaushi Wagyu.
