We are committed to bringing you the highest quality, pasture raised, hormone-free beef on the market. This allows you to bring home an exquisite and healthy meal for you and your family.

All of our decisions, including genetics, quality of life and feed, and feed, are chosen with the end result in mind. Akashi (Red Wagyu) is superior in quality, and known for their extreme marbling, which is responsible for the tenderness of beef and the monounsaturated (good) fat that provides rich flavoring. The intense marbling in Akaushi beef contains a higher percentage of monounsaturated fat than any other beef in the U.S. Akaushi are also known for providing other health benefits, including a higher monounsaturated fat versus saturated fat percentage that the American Heart Association states lowers cholesterol, prevents coronary heart disease and aides in weight loss. It is a significant source of oleic acid, the compound in olive oil the USDA touts for heart health.

Our cattle graze on 300+ acres of lush pastures with fresh water, and a seasonal creek that runs through the property. Each day we interact with our cattle to ensure they are happy and healthy. This year we were proud to grow 125 acres of our own barley for feed. All of their feed is natural and of the highest quality, no antibiotics or hormones.

If you’re interested in purchasing a portion or whole steer please contact us here. If you would like to give our individual beef cuts a try before buying a portion please click on the order form below.

We have limited Wagyu steers ready. It is imperative to reserve early to ensure availability.

We sell by the quarter, half, or whole. Prices are based on the hanging weight times the price per pound. We are able to accommodate your processing preferences, please note this may effect your take home weight.

Example of an order:

If you were to order a quarter steer, you would receive equal parts of beef from the front and rear portion to ensure you receive a variety of all cuts. The example below uses the hanging weight of 800lbs, deposits are based on an estimated weight, once your steer is harvested you will be given the hanging weight and sent an invoice for the balance based on the actual weight.

800lbs x .25 = 200

200lbs x $15.00/lb (this price includes butchering and packaging) = $3,000.00

The take home weight, meat that you will receive, is approximately 65% of the hanging weight.

Processing questions you should expect to be asked. How thick you would like your steaks cut? How many per package? What size of roasts? How many pounds of ground beef per package? If there are certain cuts you would like? If you would like ground made into hamburger?

We request a non-refundable 50% deposit to reserve your beef, to be applied to your total cost, this is based on an estimate and you will receive a second invoice for the balance. Once the steer has been delivered to the processor, the steer will dry age for at least 21 days, during this time you will be contacted for processing instructions. A USDA inspector inspects all of our beef.

Once processing has begun, we will receive the hanging weight, then you will be billed for the balance. Your invoice will need to be paid in full before leaving the processor.
